These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Son’s & Gren website and services. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

1. General Conditions

  • Son’s & Gren is a clothing brand that sells made-to-order apparel through a Shopify storefront.
  • Our products are fulfilled by Printful, our third-party print-on-demand partner, located within the EU.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit sales quantities at our sole discretion.
  • All content on this website is the property of Son’s & Gren and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

2. Order Process & Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to production by Printful and cannot be changed or canceled.
  • You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. Errors in shipping due to incorrect address entry are not eligible for refunds.
  • All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise specified.

3. Custom-Made Products

  • All items are custom-printed upon order. Under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you do not have the right to withdraw from the purchase unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or personal preferences.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept return claims for misprints, defects, or damage.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

5. Shipping

  • We only ship within the European Union.
  • Fulfillment and delivery are handled by Printful, with average delivery times of 2–8 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, product designs, and visual content are the exclusive property of Son’s & Gren.
  • Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Son’s & Gren is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or damages caused by third-party services such as Printful or shipping carriers.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.
  • Son’s & Gren is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor strikes, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. Such events may affect production, shipping, and delivery times.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden and the European Union.
  • Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate Swedish or EU legal authorities.

9. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
