At Son’s & Gren, each item is produced individually for you. We partner with Printful to fulfill and deliver your orders within the EU.
Fulfillment & Delivery Time
- Orders are sent to production as soon as they’re placed
- Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping time: 2–8 business days depending on destination
Shipping is carried out by trusted EU carriers.
Shipping Area
We only ship to countries within the European Union.
Orders placed from outside the EU will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s weight and destination. Final rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount. Any such promotions will be indicated on our website.
Tracking Information
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is significantly delayed or lost:

- We’ll work with Printful and our shipping providers to resolve the issue
Customs and VAT
- No customs fees apply within the EU
- VAT is included at checkout and applied based on your shipping country, under the One Stop Shop (OSS) system
